Privacy & KVKK

Ropeax A.Ş. ("Ropeax") processes personal data as the data controller under Turkish KVKK law (Law No. 6698, the Turkish equivalent of GDPR).

Data we collect

• Name and optional contact details — when you send them through WhatsApp.
• Project type and site location — used for quotation preparation.
• Temporary IP address and request counter — abuse prevention.
• Cookies — only the language preference and strictly necessary technical cookies.

Form details are not submitted to or stored on this website’s server. Clicking the WhatsApp button passes them to WhatsApp; you choose whether to send the message. Use of WhatsApp is subject to that service’s privacy terms.

Purposes

• Quotation preparation, contract negotiation, customer relations.
• Compliance with statutory obligations (SGK, taxation, OHS).
• Technician certification verification for on-site safety.

Retention

Contracted-customer data — 10 years from contract end (Turkish Commercial Code / Tax Procedure Law). On-site safety records — for the statutory term.

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection by emailing kvkk@ropeax.com. Requests are answered within 30 days.

Cookies

The site stores a single first-party cookie (ropeax_lang) for language preference. No third-party analytics or advertising cookies are used.
